  • What is your return policy?

    We offer exchanges on regular-priced items within 7 days of receipt, subject to availability.

    All sales of discounted items and accessories are final.

  • How do I exchange a holiday gift I received from Serenity West?

    Holiday exchanges can be made until January 12th, 2026. Email us at info@serenitywest.ca or visit us in-store.

    The item(s) must be unworn, tags still on and intact and you must present a receipt or gift receipt.

    Exchanges are to be made for item(s) of equal or greater value.

    No returns or refunds.

  • How long does shipping take?

    For shipping within Canada, please allow 3-5 days for regional and 5-10 days for national orders.

    International shipping may take up to 3 weeks.

    Please allow extra time during the holiday season.

  • Can I collect my order at your store?

    Absolutely, we offer free in-store pickup for online orders. Simply select the "Pick-Up In-Store" option at checkout. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

  • How can I find my size?

  • How should I care for my garments?

    For best results, wash in cold water and line dry.

    We're proud to carry high-quality lines like Cup of Joe Denim, Saint James, GR Nature and more - brands that share our dedication to quality and sustainability.

  • Do I have to dry clean my silk pieces?

    We do recommend dry cleaning silk to ensure it doesn’t shrink and maintains its condition for a long time. However, we have washed our silk pieces and found there is minimal shrinkage. If you prefer to machine wash, please do so with caution. Use a gentle wash cycle and gentle soap, and avoid using fabric softeners.
