  • Live in Vancouver? Skip the shipping fees and collect your online orders for free.

    Simply choose the "Pick-Up" option at checkout. Your order should be ready the next business day, but we'll send you a confirmation email to let you know exactly when it’s set for pick-up.

  • Shipping Within Canada

    Across Canada, we charge a flat rate fee of $20 for standard shipping.

    Shipping International - USA

    For our U.S. customers, standard shipping is a $25 fee. For all international shipments, a minimum $100 order is required.

    Extra time may be needed during holidays.

  • Within 7 days of receiving your product, send us an email or visit us in-store to start the exchange process.

    Note: Sale items and accessories are final—no returns or exchanges.

  • We are unable to offer refunds or returns.

    No store credits will be issued for a product returned.

Holiday Exchanges

For purchases made for gifting, you have until January 14th 2026 to exchange your item(s) for something of equal or greater value.

All accessories and discounted items are final sale.

Items must be unworn with tags on and intact.
