Order Processing Times
We process orders as soon as possible and in any event within 48 hours of receipt of order from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day. All orders will receive a tracking number with an order confirmation email.
Receive standard shipping within Canada for a $10 fee, within the US for a $20 fee.
Within Vancouver: up to 3 days, or email email@example.com to arrange pick-up, free of charge.
Regional: 3-5 days
National: 5-10 days
Receive standard shipping within the USA for a $20 fee.
May take up to 3 weeks

Returns & Exchanges
We are unable to offer refunds on returned items.
If you want to exchange regular-priced products purchased online, follow the steps below:
You have seven (7) days from the date you receive the product to request an exchange of purchased item(s).
You need to receive authorization from us to exchange the product. To request authorization, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org describing why an exchange is requested and what you would like to exchange it for. We will provide information for approved exchanges via email. No credits will be issued for a product returned without authorization.
You must return the product to us within fourteen (14) days of your receiving the return authorization information. The product must be in its original condition with all original tags still in place. You are responsible for all of the costs of delivering the product back to us.
We will then ship you the new item with a new order number.
All purchases of sale items are final, no exchanges will be authorized
